TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • 50% down payment and 50% payment before final submission.
  • After receipt of payment, we agree to provide “estimate” document within 2-3 business days unless noted otherwise via Invoice description or email.
  • Build my Estimate will provide only QTO (Quantity Take-Off) not the MTO (Material Take-Off).
  • Standard pricing will be used using standard price data like RS Mean data base but we prefer our clients to put their own prices. The client can also alter prices based on experience, in our Excel sheet submitted.
  • The quantities, numbers, scope, or any other information contained in the estimate document will have been compiled to the best of our knowledge. By utilizing or deriving any of the information contained in the final “estimate” document described above, you accept the information and quantities as accurate and waive any rights to any claims for errors in information. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate drawings and scope of work. We do not warranty any of the information contained in the “estimate” document.
  • Submission date will be revised if the client doesn’t pay 50% down payment within the Proposal date.
  • We will not be responsible for any late submission of the Project if the client delays final 50% payment.
  • Time for dealing with queries is only 2 days after final submission, after which no query will be dealt.
  • Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding all Holidays. Once payment is made, we reserves the right to refuse refunds.
  • After the final submission, any addition/addendums will be charged separate if requested.
  •  We will charge separate if the color coded Take-Off Blue prints from software are requested, or to fill the Bid forms.
  • We prefer long term business relationship and satisfaction of our clients as they are most honourable to us.
